For Defective Products

• Product can be exchanged or refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.
• Original receipt is required for exchange or refund.
• Product that was sold at a special price due to existing defects cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For Product Exchange Regulations

• Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.
• Only product in sellable condition is allowed for exchange.
• Baby products, socks, innerwear and altered items cannot be exchanged.
• No refund of difference if price of the new item is lower than the original item.

Shipping information

Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days in the Singapore, and 7-12 business days to outside Singapore. Tracking is included but delivery date is not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be notified the tracking information. International orders sent through Singpost do not guarantee tracking after they leave the SG.
